Attendance: lates and no-shows
Staff → Attendance compares the schedule with actual clock-ins and keeps the score you would otherwise keep in your head.

- Late: clocked in after shift start plus your grace window, with the average minutes late next to it. "1 late, avg 27 min" is a very different conversation from "1 late, avg 3 min".
- No-show: scheduled, never clocked in, not excused.
- On-time rate: the single number worth watching over a month.
Switch the range from a day to a week, a month, or up to a year, and use Export CSV when you need the record on paper.
From running floors for years: attendance conversations go better with numbers than with memories. "You were late twice this month, 20 minutes average" ends the debate that "you're always late" starts. The export exists for exactly the day you need documentation.
