The trial
Every new workspace starts with 30 days free on the plan you chose. Your card is saved at signup but charged only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Plans in one breath
- Basic: the booking system, with calendar, online bookings, deposits, and waitlist.
- Pro: adds the customer CRM, with visit history, coupons, birthday marketing, and more rooms.
- Max: adds market intelligence, with Advanced Analytics, Market Map, and the top room limit.
Current pricing is on the pricing page, including founding-venue rates locked in for life.
Managing your subscription
Settings → Manage Subscriptions shows your plan and billing activity, and is where you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Upgrades unlock features immediately.
If your subscription lapses, online booking pauses for guests until it is reactivated. Your data, rooms, and history all stay put.
