Market Map: see your competition
The Market Map tab (Max plan) puts every licensed venue in your city on a map, with real monthly alcohol-sales figures from Texas Comptroller public records. This is the same data landlords and brokers pay for, on your phone.
- Browse the map: pins colored by activity, filtered by category (karaoke, bar/pub, brewery, night club).
- Tap a venue for its sheet: latest month's sales, 12-month total and average, year-over-year trend, city and ZIP rankings, plus its Google rating.
- Search any venue by name.
- Add to compare: chart several competitors against each other and the market average.
Practical uses we have seen: scouting a second location by checking what nearby venues actually gross; sanity-checking a rent quote against the block's real revenue; and watching whether the new place up the street is ramping or fading before adjusting your own prices.
Data notes: Texas venues; alcohol sales reported to the Comptroller, updated monthly. A strong proxy for bar and karaoke revenue, not total revenue.
