Direct bookings: phone calls and walk-ins

When a guest calls, do not send them to the website. Just put them on the calendar while they are on the line.

1. Tap the empty slot where they want to book (right room, right time).
2. Choose Direct Booking.
3. Enter their name and phone, party size, and duration.
4. Save. The slot is theirs.

Admin bookings play by different rules

• No deposit is collected. You are vouching for this guest, which is typical for regulars.
• Duration limits do not apply to you. Your online minimum might be 1 hour, but you can book a 30-minute quick visit or an extra-long private event. Physical limits (the next booking, closing time) still hold.
